CONSULTATIONS

At our private clinic, consultations are an essential part of your treatment journey. Each consultation is a dedicated one-to-one session designed to understand your goals, assess suitability, and create a personalised treatment plan.

Consultations last 30 minutes and can be carried out in person or via video call, depending on your preference. A £30 consultation fee applies and is fully redeemable against your treatment should you proceed.

We kindly ask that you attend your consultation on time to ensure we can provide you with the highest level of care.

CANCELLATIONS

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable £50 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

• We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the £50 deposit.

• A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will lose your deposit, and your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled at our discretion.

• No-show appointments (failure to attend without notice) will result in the loss of the £50 deposit and may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
